PROMOTION OVERVIEW

The Campari Red Passion Moments Promotion offers participants the chance to win hotel accommodations, dinners, or cash prizes by purchasing qualifying Campari products. By participating, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions and all rules outlined in promotional materials.

  • Promotion Name: Campari Red Passion Moments Promotion
  • Promotional Period: February 14, 2025 – April 27, 2025 (final entry deadline at 11:59 p.m.)
  • Promoter: J. Wray & Nephew Limited (Campari Brand)

  • Eligibility:

    • You must be 18 years or older and reside in Jamaica.

  • How to Participate:

    • Purchase Requirement:
      • Buy one 750ml or one 1-litre bottle of Campari at participating supermarkets/wholesalers
        OR
      • Buy two 200ml bottles of Campari at designated trend-leading accounts.
    • Entry Submission:
    • Information Needed:
      • Full name, telephone number, date of birth, email address
      • A clear image of your receipt (showing the store name, receipt number, and eligible purchase details)
    • Notes:
      • Each receipt can only be submitted once.
      • Non-winning entries from earlier draws will be eligible for subsequent draws.
    • Final Entry Deadline: Sunday, April 27, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.

  • Per Draw, You Could Win One of the Following:

    1. Hotel Accommodation Prize:
      • A two-night, double occupancy stay at any Couples Resort in Jamaica for you and one guest.
    2. Dinner for Two Prize:
      • A dinner for two at a participating restaurant.
    3. Cash Prize:
      • Fifty Thousand Jamaican Dollars (JMD$50,000.00).

  • Overall Prize Distribution:

    • Across all draws, there will be a total of 60 winners:
      • 10 winners (plus one guest each) for hotel accommodation
      • 20 winners (plus one guest each) for dinner for two
      • 30 winners for the cash prize

  • Prize Claim & Redemption:

    • Winners must claim their prize by the specified deadline for their draw:
      • Hotel/Dinner Prize Winners: Claim deadlines vary by draw (see individual draw details).
    • Redemption Periods:
      • Hotel prizes must be redeemed by October 31, 2025.
      • Dinner prizes must be redeemed by May 31, 2025.
    • Important: Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash (except the cash prize itself).
    • Prize winners must claim their prize from J. Wray & Nephew Limited by March 8th, 2025 for prizes awarded in the 1st drawing, by March 22nd, 2025 for prizes awarded in the 2nd drawing, by April 4th, 2025 for prizes awarded in the 3rd drawing, by April 22nd, 2025 for prizes awarded in the 4th drawing and by May 6th 2025 for prizes awarded in the 5th drawing.

    • Eligibility Check:
      • Only valid entries with a complete entry form and a valid receipt (dated between February 14 and April 27, 2025) will be included.
    • Selection Process:
      • Winners are chosen randomly using an electronic system.
      • For each draw:
        • 2 winners for the hotel prize
        • 4 winners for the dinner prize
        • 6 winners for the cash prize
      • Two additional backup winners will be selected in case primary winners cannot be reached.
    • Notification:
      • Winners will be contacted via the phone number provided on the entry.
      • Two contact attempts will be made between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on the draw day.
      • Winners must provide a valid government-issued photo ID and the original or digital copy of their receipt when claiming their prize.
  1. Eligibility:
    • Must be 18 or older and a resident of Jamaica.
    • Employees of J. Wray & Nephew Limited or any of its subsidiaries, its auditors, Mystique Integrated Limited, Ignite and affiliates, members of the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission and the immediate families of the above-named groups – that is their parents, siblings, spouse or children are ineligible for participation of any kind.
  2. Entry Rules:
    • Each eligible purchase equals one entry; duplicate submissions of the same receipt are not allowed.
    • You are limited to winning only one prize.
  3. Consent:
    • By entering, you agree to have your name and likeness used in promotional materials.
    • All entrants must sign a release and discharge of liability form upon prize collection.
  4. Forfeiture:
    • Failure to meet identification or claim requirements, or refusal to consent to promotional use of your details, will result in forfeiture of the prize.
  1. Organizer Rights:
    • Campari reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the eligibility or submission requirements.
  2. Finality of Decisions:
    • The decisions regarding winner selection are final.
  3. Unclaimed Prizes:
    • Any unclaimed prizes will revert to the organizer.
  4. Disputes:
    • If you wish to dispute the awarding of a prize, please submit your dispute in writing to the relevant authorities.
  5. Acceptance:
    • By entering the Promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
